UK finally rose beyond golden land mark in Covid-19

Today was a dreadful one in UK as the recorded cases of Covid-19 upsurge to 50365 as reported by the country public health. Hampshire is affected in the Covid-19 fatalities today

It was gathered that in the last 28days, 595 more people had feared dead in the country. In the same vein, about 22, 950 cases lab confirmed cases had been recorded as early as 9:00am and the total death cases stood at 65000. With this Prime Minister, Boris Johnson said, hopefully the two weeks lockdown will ease the people from Covid-19.

Below is the break down of Covid-19 cases in the country:

  • Basingstoke and Deane - 1,893 (increase of 43)
  • East Hampshire - 1,195 (increase of 23)
  • Eastleigh - 1,304 (increase of 16)
  • Fareham - 971 (increase of 13)
  • Gosport - 661 (increase of 29)
  • Hart - 799 (increase of 29)
  • Havant - 1,111 (increase of 21)
  • Isle of Wight - 770 (increase of 14)
  • New Forest - 1,429 (increase of 30)
  • Portsmouth - 2,704 (increase of 58)
  • Rushmoor - 1,311 (increase of 26)
  • Southampton - 2,805 (increase of 51)
  • Test Valley - 1,228 (increase of 27)
  • Winchester - 1,353 (increase of 35)

This is the latest full breakdown of hospital deaths in Hampshire:

  • Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust - 179 deaths (no change)
  • Isle of Wight NHS Trust - 46 deaths (increase of two)
  • Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust - 250 deaths (increase of one)
  • Solent NHS Trust - 2 deaths (no change)
  • Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust - 18 deaths (increase of one)
  • University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust - 219 deaths (no change)

Today the Government said 595 more people have died within 28 days of testing positive for Covid-19. It brings the UK total to 50,365.

The Government said that, as of 9am on Wednesday, there had been a further 22,950 lab-confirmed cases of coronavirus in the UK.

It brings the total number of cases in the UK to 1,256,725.

Separate figures published by the UK’s statistics agencies for deaths when Covid-19 has been mentioned on the death certificate, together with additional data on deaths that have occurred in recent days, show there have now been 65,000 deaths involving coronavirus in the UK.
